Board certified in dermatology. She does your review, your treatment and your two-week check herself, so by the second visit she knows your face and remembers what you said.

Before you book
The things people
ask us most.
Will I look like I have had something done?
That is the thing people are most afraid of, so it is the thing we plan around first. We under-treat on purpose and check at two weeks. Adding more later is easy. Taking it away is not: neuromodulator has to wear off, which is three to four months, and filler costs you a week and an injection of hyaluronidase. So we start small.
Are your before and after photos real?
They are. Same room, same light, same lens, no makeup and no retouching, twelve weeks apart. The treatment is written under every pair, so you can see exactly what made the difference.
Who actually treats me?
Dr Haldane, every time, including the first visit. By the second one she knows your face and what you said last time.
What happens if I do not like it?
Tell us, and we will sort it. Neuromodulator wears off on its own in three to four months. Filler we can dissolve the same week, at no charge, for any reason. It is your face.
What is the difference between a plan and a package?
A package renews. A plan ends. Every plan on this page finishes at the Twelve-Week Review, where we photograph you the same way we did on day one and tell you in writing whether there is anything left worth doing. Often there is not. Nothing here renews on its own.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not for treatments. A treatment is a decision about your own face, made after a review, and it should be yours. A friend can book you a free review, though, and we are happy to hold it.
